Gunjan Khetan is a globally experienced C-suite executive with 20+ years of leadership across FMCG sectors of Health & Nutrition, Personal Care, Home Care and Food. Currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Perfetti Van Melle India, he is responsible for overseeing a $500M+ P&L driving innovation, business strategy and revenue acceleration. Gunjan brings hands-on expertise in P&L management, business transformation, market expansion and digital commerce across India, USA, UK, South Korea and China.


Throughout his career, Gunjan has driven sustained, profitable growth and organizational transformation at major multinationals including Perfetti Van Melle, Reckitt, and Heinz, covering developed and emerging markets in India, South Korea, the UK, the USA, China, and Bangladesh. He has scaled legacy brands, built consumer-centric innovation, driven commercial excellence and developedhigh performance teams across geographic and cultural boundaries. Gunjan served as Vice President Marketing (US/China), leading Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements business to sustained revenue growth, scaled a joint health business in China to $100M+ building category leadership, co-founded digital-first brands (Vitalmins, Bodi-Ome), transformed the product innovation process, established a strong market expansion model with Go Big/Go Fast strategy and also helped integrate acquired businesses. As Global Marketing Director in the UK, he led brand turnarounds of Megared and Movefree from a newly acquired Vitamins business, while as Category Head in South Korea, he grew Dettol and turned Veet into a profitable business while experimenting with e-commerce and influencers in 2013. At Heinz, he scaled Complan in India and Bangladesh, doubling growth and expanding brand equity through strategic innovation and rural market penetration.

Gunjan has consistently delivered high-impact results in business transformation, digital innovation, and complex multi-country market environments, building a reputation for operational rigor, business  integrity, mental and change agility and a passion for talent development. In his current role, he has  regular interface with the board and serves on the executive leadership team, regularly contributing to  corporate governance and long-term value creation.

Gunjan serves on the Advisory Board of Altudo, a martech and CX transformation company, where he  advises on consumer behavior, personalization, and innovation for CPG clients. He also serves on the  board of MMA Global India helping the organization scale and stimulate modern marketing. He is a  member of CII National Committee on Marketing. He also mentors startups through India Accelerator. Gunjan has been recognized twice as a Top 100 Marketer by BusinessWorld. He is a NEDonBoard  certified board professional and a ILM certified coach. Gunjan holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali
