New research from Marketing + Media Alliance (MMA), Monks, and iOPEX maps where agentic AI actually runs inside 100 large marketing organizations, what is blocking scale, and how the 31% who are hands-on operate differently.

That gap between vision and deployment in agentic AI is the subject of this session.

Marketing + Media Alliance (MMA), with Monks and iOPEX, surveyed 100 senior marketers, roughly 9 in 10 of them Director level or above and more than 80% at companies reporting $1B or more in revenue.

We will walk the findings in full and get specific about the fix. Not the theory of agentic marketing, but what the organizations that are actually further along have built, funded, and measured differently.

In 60 minutes, you will get:

  • The real adoption benchmark: Where your organization actually sits against 100 peers on stage of adoption, level of autonomy, and function-by-function deployment
  • The four constraints that decide who scales: Data readiness, workflow connectivity, governance, and funding, with the numbers on how rare each one is solved
  • The proof standard your CFO will ask for: Why incremental lift is the price of scaling past pilot, why so few teams can produce it, and what to measure instead of time saved
  • The hands-on playbook: What the leading 31% build that everyone else does not, including guardrails, audit logs, and dedicated budget
  • The 12-month forecast: Where marketers say they will push agentic AI hardest next, what they want to automate but cannot yet, and the blockers they name

Findings come from an MMA industry survey of 100 senior marketers conducted with Monks and iOPEX. Roughly 9 in 10 respondents are Director level or above, more than 80% are at companies reporting $1B or more in annual revenue, 57% at companies with 10,000 or more employees, and 54% spend $25M or more annually on paid media, with 16% declining to disclose. 95% are headquartered in North America. Segment findings for the hands-on group are based on n=31 and are directional, not significance-tested.
