Tu has been working in Marketing for FMCG since 2010. She believes in Purposeful Marketing comes from being truly Positive Empathizer towards consumers’ life & staying non-stop Passionate Learner & Progressive Achiever to quest for new innovative solutions to support them towards better life.
She would love to share her work experiences as a “Tasty” journey with meaningful missions as both brand builder & developer in Vietnam & SEA region: from “Unlock the Power of Mealtimes” (Knorr) at Unilever Vietnam & Asia, to “Sharing Smiles” (La-Vache-Qui-Rit – The-Laughing-Cow Cheese) at Bel ASEAN, then joined Nestle to build “Sustained Energy For Champions” (MILO) & “Strength for Strong Generation” (NESTLE BEAR BRAND).
Since 2022, Tu has been Chief Marketing Officer at LaVie - Nestle Water where she leads the Craft of New Brand Mission & Ecosystems: “Positive Nature Regenerates Consumers’ Loud Life” (Chút Yên từ Thiên Nhiên cân trọn ngày náo nhiệt), Disruptive Innovations & Digitalization that brought various meaningful different impacts to brand & business: Transformation from challenger brand to the significant leader in brand power; Business growth exceeds market norms in consecutive years & Achieved more than 56 Awards & Recognitions from National, Regional & Global levels, both internal & external organizations like Nestle Vietnam & Global, MMA Vietnam, APAC & Global, FMCG Asia, PR Asia Pacific etc. and especially, Kotler Awards for Excellent Marketing Leadership.
