Mr. GUO ZHI FENG - Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO - is the founder of Chicilon Media. Mr. GUO ZHI FENG had worked in the Tax and Finance industry for 15 years, after holding positions such as Tax Expert, Assistant Chief of Finance, Deputy Chief of Finance, and CEO of an investment company. In the year 2000, he resigned from his position and became the only Deputy Chief to resign within the Tax and Finance system of Shandong Province. With over 20 years of experience in investment and business operations, he has accumulated a wealth of rich management experience. Mr. GUO ZHI FENG graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Shandong Institute of Economics (now renamed Shandong University of Finance).
