Olavina is a marketing and communications leader with ~20 years of experience across brand strategy, digital marketing, corporate communications, and government relations in technology and consumer industries. She has led high-impact stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, brand management, and integrated communication strategies for global and high-growth companies. Currently serving as Director of Communications at DANA Indonesia, she oversees communications and government relations strategy while driving market positioning and ecosystem partnerships. Previously at Google, she built expertise in product and brand marketing, market research, and go-to-market strategy. Olavina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Indonesia and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Northwestern University.
