Ho is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience across the technology and digital advertising industries. He is the Founder of Blueseed, which he established in late 2013 and built into Vietnam's leading cross-platform video ad network in 2016–2017. Under his leadership, Blueseed has since evolved into a full-service media group delivering end-to-end managed digital marketing solutions to leading brands.

Today, Blueseed Group operates four specialised subsidiaries Blueseed Media, Blueseed Digital, Blueseed Hanoi, and Blueseed Communication with offices in Vietnam and Australia and a team of more than 150 professionals. The Group's data-driven service portfolio spans branding, performance marketing, content, e-commerce, and marketing technology (MarTech). In parallel, Ho serves as Chief Executive Officer of Greenoly, a Blueseed Group-owned online retailer specialising in vitamins and supplements, where he leads the company's strategic direction and growth.

Ho also leads Optimind AI, a dedicated team established to embed and leverage artificial intelligence across Blueseed's core service lines. Through this initiative, he is steering the Group's transformation into an AI-driven digital marketing organisation, ensuring Blueseed continues to serve as a trusted, future-ready partner to the brands it works with.

Prior to founding Blueseed, Ho served as Head of Ad Platform at VNG/Zing, one of Vietnam's largest internet companies. His earlier career encompassed extensive experience in software and product development, working with both domestic and global enterprises. This combination of deep technical expertise, platform-level industry knowledge, and operational leadership continues to inform his approach to building data-driven, technology-enabled businesses across the region.
