Saby Mishra is an agency leader with experience across India, Southeast Asia, and Vietnam, including regional brand stewardship roles on Unilever Asia brands. He brings strong geo understanding of Vietnam - local market intel, cultural fluency, regulatory, institutional realities and on-ground operating intuition that materially affects decision quality in Vietnam. From building brands in India and Southeast Asia to operating in the center of the Vietnam growth story, Saby’s POV is informed by high context, high-ambition, resource-constrained and fast-tracked digital transformation environments.

Saby is Vietnam’s first non-local international agency executive to pivot from a network-agency career into entrepreneurship - leaving WPP Group in 2019 - to reset and rebuild an almost defunct agency, MullenLowe Vietnam, into relevance, and growth. He brings his unique 'outside-in' take on the market and industry, which is beyond purely insider-led constructs.

Prior to his entrepreneurial pivot, he led and scaled back to back two top international agency brands in Vietnam (WPP/JWT and IPG/Lowe), in a demanding (and often chaotic) frontier market context, characterized by explosive growth, hyper competitive environment and often sub-scale marketing eco systems.

Over the years, Saby has played an active role in leading consumerization programs of key businesses in Vietnam, MNC as well as local: PepsiCo, Masan Consumer, Marico Vietnam, Vingroup, Castrol-Gogoro, HSBC, Vietnam Airlines global AOR, MSD/Merck HPV Prevention, Sanofi, Suntory RTD Bevs VN entry, Abbott, Vinamilk, Unilever Home Care etc.
