She currently leads brand partnerships and ecosystem expansion within the Microsoft Casual Games organization, helping drive innovation and growth across the gaming ecosystem.
Over the past decade at Microsoft, Vanessa has worked closely with Fortune 10 companies to translate strategic business objectives into impactful marketing and partnership solutions across Microsoft platforms. Before joining Microsoft, she managed integrated agency teams supporting top CPG brands, including Coca-Cola and Campbell's Soup Company.
A strong advocate for inclusive leadership, Vanessa is committed to fostering a sense of belonging and elevating workplace culture. She serves as a member of the IAB Games Committee, a Mentor Coach with America Needs You since 2023, and was recognized as a Latinos 40 Under 40 honoree by Negocios Now in New York City.
