Rob Gaige is Global Head of Marketing Insights and Operations at Reddit, where he leads the teams responsible for using Reddit’s community and conversational intelligence to drive user growth, advertiser success, and scaled marketing operations.
His work spans three connected areas: developing insights that help Reddit better understand, reach, and grow its users; helping advertisers understand Reddit’s communities and build more effective strategies on the platform; and overseeing the marketing operations technology stack that enables those insights to be created, distributed, and activated across Reddit’s go-to-market organization.
Rob’s broader background spans brand strategy, performance marketing, product marketing, innovation, and consumer insights. His view on AI visibility is grounded in how people discover information, form opinions, and decide what to trust as discovery shifts from search results to AI-generated answers.
Prior to Reddit, Rob held marketing, strategy, and insights roles at Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson, and Nestle. He later served as Managing Partner at sparks & honey, where he led cultural consulting and helped build Q, an AI-powered platform for anticipating cultural change.
