Anda Gansca is a Romanian-born entrepreneur, investor, and the Co-Founder & CEO of Knotch. Under her leadership, Knotch has become a fast growing, profitable business that is enabling the top Fortune 1000 companies to drive higher performance through their digital properties via the use of intelligence optimization and artificial intelligence.
Raised in Transylvania, Anda attended a mathematics/computer science high school before moving to the U.S. to study at Stanford University, where she graduated with a double major in Economics and International Relations, ranking in the top 1% of her class.
Prior to founding Knotch, Anda worked in venture capital, founded several non-profit initiatives (including New Horizons, and co-president roles in other organizations), and built early experiences that blended her interests in data, storytelling, and impact.
Since launching Knotch, Anda has raised over $40 million in funding to scale the business and has helped other entrepreneurs raise funding for their companies.
Beyond her role at Knotch, Anda is actively involved in mentoring and advising early-stage startups, judging incubators, and contributing to thought leadership in marketing effectiveness & content strategy.
