Gaurav Nijhawan is the Head of Marketing at MMTC-PAMP, where he leads the company’s integrated marketing charter spanning brand and communications, customer experience, and new product development. In this role, he is focused on strengthening MMTC-PAMP’s brand leadership while driving growth across physical and digital channels, including retail formats. His mandate also includes building a consistent, consumer-led narrative that aligns innovation, storytelling, and long-term business objectives.
With over 15 years of experience across fintech, BFSI, FMCG, consulting, and technology, Gaurav brings a blend of strategic thinking and execution depth. Prior to joining MMTC-PAMP, he has worked with organisations such as IndusInd Bank, Stashfin, Citi, Carlsberg, and Ernst & Young, where he led integrated marketing initiatives and helped scale digital-first and consumer-facing brands. Gaurav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and an MBA from the Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA).
