

An started her Ogilvy Vietnam life in 2008 as a PR consultant for 2 years and built Vietnam's first social media team since 2010 with double digits growth, a team of 25, and comprehensive capabilities in content, influences, data, social customer services and social CRM.
During that time, An worked across all client's industries: FMCGs (Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, FrieslandCampina, Financial Services (HSBC, BIDV), Telco (Mobifone) & Travel (Vietnam Airlines, Castrol), and Healthcare (GSK). An was the first in APAC to innovate social customer service by combining technology with community management and delivered 50% cost effectiveness operation for the agency.
From 2018 to date, An evolved her role to focus on consulting core clients in digital transformation and marcom activities while still maturing the social capabilities in the areas of performance. Her vision and commitment to future proof the agency's top clients, talents by elevating integrated marketing communication solutions to the intersection with Connected Customer Experiences.
An has a Master Degree in Public Relations, studied and worked overseas and is a savvy foodie.
