I have 10 years in FMCG brand marketing roles in Diana Unicharm, FCV and currently as Associate Marketing Director of VitaDairy. It's my honor to lead the marketing team of VitaDairy from the beginning of revolution since 2018, and we were just a small player. Currently, VitaDairy has increased the sales by 20 times, has become the top 2 Infant Milk Powder manufacturer in Vietnam with the market value share of 11.9% (source: Nielsen IQ, May 2023). Currently, VitaDairy owns 3 big manufactures in Vietnam, including 2 powder milk manufactures and 1 liquid milk manufacture.
One great thing I’ve learned from the Executive program of Stanford University is “great strategies are discovered, not planned”. People keep asking why such a small company raised up like a diamond, while other giant one may be failed after decade, and I believe once the journey of discovering can be keep going and going, brands may find out the great strategies and bring it to live.
