An IIMA 2012 alumnus, Pratik has led P&Ls of >$100Mn Global Brands like Gillette at Procter and Gamble followed by leadership roles at fast growing consumer-tech and digital first businesses like Urban Company, Honasa (Mamaearth), House of Masaba (part of ABFRL) and now at RPSG group as business head of Personal Care division.
In his current stint at RPSG group, Pratik is successfully blitzscaling brands like Naturali and Within Beauty via D2C and Ecommerce channels with personal care division poised to hit 100cr+ turnover. In his previous stint at House of Masaba, Pratik scaled LoveChild by Masaba to 50Cr+ revenue in just over 2 years behind several successful product launches and successful marketing campaigns.
