Arshad Rahman has spent the last 20 years honing his expertise in digital across media, tech, and data analytics. He currently serves as CEO of Merkle Indonesia, a Customer Experience Transformation company under dentsu Indonesia, leading the charge of 100+ specialists in delivering customer success through consulting, tech implementation, data solutions, and CRM services. Prior to that, he was Head of Google Marketing Platform at Google Indonesia for 4 years, where his mandate was to introduce and boost adoption of the company's martech offering in-market ground up. Arshad also worked at GroupM and Innity, helping build and scale their programmatic and digital businesses in several countries across Southeast Asia.
