Andreas is Head of Media Agencies | DACH at Meta. With his team he is driving the agency agenda across Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp and innovations like AI and the Metaverse. He is responsible for relationship, strategic consulting and capabilities of leading agencies in the DACH region.
Before his time at Facebook Andreas held senior and manager positions at SYZYGY Media, United Internet Media AG, and Yahoo! Europe, where he was responsible for strategy, innovation, technology and media planning with a focus on programmatic and social advertising, yield management and performance marketing.
Besides his responsibilities at Meta Andreas is an active figure in the digital ecosystem with activities in Mobile Marketing Association, bitkom, BVDW and more.
Andreas is married with 3 children, enjoys holidays with his family in their van as well as basketball, woodwork and bass guitar.
