A seasoned global marketing and sustainability advocate, Faith leads Marketing for Process Industries in APAC at Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, a global leader in peristaltic pumps and precision fluid path technologies that support efficiency and circularity in industrial process applications. With over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning media, healthcare, education, and industrial markets, she has led international cross-functional teams across Asia and beyond to deliver impactful brand and integrated marketing strategies, working closely with stakeholders in resource-intensive and sustainability-driven sectors. Faith has earlier helmed the international business of 2 leading hospitals in Malaysia and achieved international awards and double-digit revenue growth y-o-y.
Recognized among the “Top 10 Marketing Leaders in APAC 2025” and “Iconic Women Creating a Better World”, she has spoken at United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), APEC, and Women Economic Forum ASEAN, and serves on the Executive Committee of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs (Hong Kong Chapter). A former Channel NewsAsia producer, she serves on an ESG and brand advisory committee. She co-authors thought leadership on ESG and mindful marketing, and co-founded Singapore’s first NGO in Chile focused on social entrepreneurship and cross-cultural collaboration. Fluent in 5 languages, she published on international journals and gave lectures to MBA students.
