Nguyen Viet Ha is General Manager at PepsiCo Foods Vietnam, bringing more than two decades of experience across sales, commercial leadership, trade marketing, channel development, and business management in the FMCG industry. He has been with PepsiCo since 2020, initially serving as Commercial Director before stepping into the General Manager role in 2023.
Prior to PepsiCo, He spent over 16 years at FrieslandCampina Vietnam, where he progressed through a range of leadership roles. His career reflects extensive experience in route to market strategy, key account management, shopper marketing, sales transformation, and people development.
As General Manager, He leads PepsiCo Foods Vietnam’s business and organizational growth, with a strong focus on people, partnerships, operational excellence, and sustainable development. Under his leadership, the business has continued to expand its operations in Vietnam, including major manufacturing investments and initiatives supporting sustainable agriculture and workplace culture.
