A proud graduate of Darüşşafaka, a 160-year-old boarding school that feels more like a creative hub. Nine years there were filled with opportunities to explore arts, sports, and to build strong intellectual foundations in analytical thinking and language skills. The next step was studying Management Information Systems in German (Wirtschaftsinformatik) , a unique program established in partnership with the German Federal Republic in Turkey. After numerous courses in algorithms, AI, simulation, and process modeling, a passion for marketing and creativity led to the completion of a Master’s Degree in Marketing Communication Management at Galatasaray University. Following brief experiences at Mercedes-Benz Türk and PwC, a career path in the creative industry took shape, leading to a role at Wavemaker, a WPP Media agency (formerly GroupM), as part of the strategy team. 10 years later, the journey continues as Head of Strategy & Insight, leading the same team first joined as a junior. Now leading the central strategy team of WPP Media. Specializing in the creation of brand, communication, and media strategies based on consumer insights derived from data analysis, observation, and cultural trends. Currently working very closely with AI. A dedicated reader, book collector, storyteller, wine explorer, collage art and lego lover, a passionate admirer of new places, cultures, architecture & modern art. Articles have been featured on platforms like WARC, LBB, Marketing Türkiye and Campaign. A regular speaker, jury and trainer at industry events and universities.
