Mine Mavi Arıkan began her career in 2009 at Unilever as Assistant Brand Manager for Lipton. Over the years, she held Brand Manager roles across leading brands including Sana, Becel, Calve, and Knorr.
Between 2016 and 2018, served as Senior Marketing Manager for the Foods Category across Turkey, North Africa, the Middle East, and Russia. She then continued in the same regions as Senior Marketing Manager for the Ice Cream Category from 2018 to 2020.
In 2020, Arıkan was appointed as Marketing Director for the Home & Hygiene Category at Unilever Turkey, Central Asia, and Iran. As of 2022, she assumed General Management responsibility for the Turkey and Middle East Foods Business Unit. In early 2025, she additionally took on the role of Media and Digital Marketing Lead for Unilever Turkey.
As of June 2025, Mine Mavi Arıkan joined Eczacıbaşı Sanipak as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, she is responsible for category marketing, market research, media planning and buying, and commercial trade marketing across Turkey, Morocco, and international business units.
She holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, and an MBA from Bilkent University. In 2008, she participated in an MBA exchange program at Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna).
