Hoa A. Nguyen is the Founder & CEO of YouNet Group, operating as The Measure Group - a regional organization focused on Measurement, Intelligence, and Marketing Systems across Southeast Asia.

He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and has published six international research papers in Semantic Similarity Measurement, with applications in Biomedicine and Natural Language Processing. His academic publications are indexed in the DBLP Computer Science Bibliography.

Since founding YouNet Group in 2008, Hoa has focused on one central question: how can better measurement help organizations make better decisions?

Under his leadership, YouNet Group has evolved from a social intelligence company into a regional measurement and intelligence organization, applying data, technology, and research-based frameworks to help brands understand markets, consumers, and business performance more systematically.

Hoa pioneered the Social Brand Health Index (SBHI), a social-media-based brand health framework designed to connect brand perception, consumer behavior, commerce outcomes, and market performance. He also leads the development of Measure Spine, a unified measurement architecture that connects market reality, brand perception, commerce outcomes, and organizational learning into a common measurement language.

His current primary focus is Marketing Systems OS (MSO), a systems-thinking framework that helps organizations transform marketing into a measurable, adaptive, and continuously learning system in the AI era.

Hoa currently serves as Co-Chair of the MMA Vietnam Media & Data Council, where he advocates for advancing measurement-driven marketing, intelligence systems, and decision infrastructure across Southeast Asia.
