

Nga is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in building brands and driving growth. As Marketing Director of MB (Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank), she leads strategic marketing and branding initiatives in the bank’s centralized marketing model covering Retail Banking, Digital banking and SME businesses. She has been instrumental in enhancing omnichannel synergy, cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints, and improving product marketing efficiency.
Previously, Nga served as CMO of Casper Vietnam, where she successfully developed and executed go-to-market strategies across the whole product categories including Air Conditioners, TVs, Washing Machines, and other Household appliances. During her tenure, Casper achieved remarkable growth, become no.1 in AC market share in 2023 and securing the position of the second-largest air conditioner brand in Vietnam in consecutive years after.
Her career spans leadership roles in marketing, brand communications, and creative consulting, contributing to brand transformations for leading companies such as The PAN Group, SSI, VietjetAir, Vinaseed, THACO, VAS Steel, Sun Group, Tasco, Ecopark,... She received international recognition with the SG Mark for Best Branding Project by the Design-Business Chamber Singapore in 2018.
