Kristy Vance is the Global Director for Media Insights at Unilever. She has nearly 15 years experience in the area of consumer behavior and currently oversees media research across all global categories, working closely with the likes of Facebook, Twitter, and Google for high profile brands such as Dove and Axe. She is originally from Chicago where she received her doctorate in Experimental Psychology. Her research on Neuromarketing and how the brain processes advertisements has been published in the Journal of Consumer Behaviour and the International Journal of Marketing Studies.

Kristy currently lives in New York City with her husband, dog, and 1.5 year old daughter. When she isn’t measuring the effectiveness of media campaigns, you can find her in Riverside Park enjoying the outdoors. In addition to spending time with her family, Kristy also enjoys watching reality TV, snowboarding, and figuring out her next hair color!
