Account Manager in Vienna (m/f)
Messaging and Mobile Media
 
Summary
The VeriSign Mobile Messaging and Media team focuses on the delivery of our messaging and mobile marketing technology and services to advertising agencies, mobile content providers,
major brands, carriers and media companies.  This position includes the operational aspects of Account Management, relationship management and strategic account guidance and
consultation.
 
Your tasks
  • Act as single point of contact for all client initiatives, questions and concerns
  •  Identify opportunities to utilize other VeriSign products/services
  • Build deep understanding of your clients’ current and future business needs and act as their “internal advocate” on future product development
  • Manage client programs from contract through launch to on-going maintenance
  • Take the lead role in developing the overall strategic direction for the client
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and keep track in regular status reports
  •  Liaise with Field Sales to develop long-term relationship with clients in developing the overall strategic direction
 
Your profile
  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in a Account management role, preferably in an delivery  service organization such as advertising agency or similar environment 
  • Experience in the Mobile Messaging Business is highly desired
  • Familiarity with, or experience with media planning and strategy (online, traditional)  
  • Fluency in English and German is essential, any additional European language is an advantage
  • Experienced in leading teams
  • Able to manage a complex cross-cultural environment and to work in a dynamic problem-solving environment
  • Strong commitment to client Satisfaction and strong diplomatic skills
  • Analytical and project based working approach
