Account Analyst: Nielsen Mobile
The Analyst primarily will be responsible for supporting the team’s delivery of Nielsen Mobile's marketing products. Additionally the analyst will conduct custom analyses of marketing data in support of client presentations. Analysts in this role will improve their analytical and presentation skills and deepen their understanding of the wireless business and business concepts in general.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Managers to provide added value to the Nielsen Mobile's Marketing and Service Quality products through insightful analysis
- Become an expert with Nielsen Mobile's marketing products (online survey, subscriber share, games/internet/download reports) including data collection, processing and quality control, tools for accessing the data, and how the data can be used to improve clients’ business performance
- Create client logins, manage customer access rights to website
- Work closely with Nielsen Mobile's product management to tailor products to our customers needs
- Find new ways to streamline work
- Manage logistics for clients’ yearly programs
- Conduct client training on information methodologies and applications
- Support Account Team presentation development and editing
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of work experience with data analysis and project management
- Outstanding Excel spreadsheet and data manipulation skills
- High attention to detail; experience with data oriented research
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, strong orientation toward customer service
- Excellent oral communication and writing skills – PowerPoint & Word experience are required; SPSS experience is a plus
- Preferably has experience within the wireless telecommunications industry
- BA or BSc
