JOB DESCRIPTION:

Since its launch in 2004, HipCricket has delivered outstanding results for the biggest broadcast groups and brands in the U.S. The Senior Account Director is responsible for the generation of new brand and direct client business. Responsibilities Include: To meet or exceed minimum standards of performance as detailed in sales expectations Responsible for qualifying prospects to uncover opportunities for new business Effectively and efficiently manage own schedule and appointments Create and deliver sales presentation for HipCricket products and services Share information about HipCricket and asks questions about the prospects' business intentions. Leverage a consultative sales process, customize solutions to fit client needs Create proposals for new clients and negotiate contract terms and closure Schedule initial on-site training between new clients and Account Managers Prospect and network on a daily basis Develop long-term relationships with executive level contacts at client companies Responsible for timely and accurate sales and activity reporting Collaborate effectively with VP Brand Solutions to optimize revenue performance across industry verticals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications Minimum (5) five years of outside business to business sales experience Experience developing leads, setting appointments, and conducting face-to-face client meetings Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer, Outlook Ability to utilize technology tools available such as email, telephone, seminars, webinars, conference calls, instant messenger, etc. Exceptional oral and written communication and strong presentation skills Effective communicator, able to connect business needs to solutions Able to question and listen to coworkers and prospects for the purpose of gaining understanding Able to organize and manage both information and time effectively Professional vocal skills: courteous, well spoken, pleasing vocal tone, and polished in asking questions and sharing information Competent in multi-tasking Enthusiastic, aggressive, confident professional, a self-starter
