Product Manager, Mobile NCAA
Qualifications: 4 year college degree. 3-5 years of digital product management experience with emphasis on mobile products. Account management experience with internal and external resources. An understanding of the operating systems, retail storefronts, analytic and ad-serving mechanics of mobile web and apps. Demonstrated success in leading the delivery of product features through solid project management. Project leadership experience. Demonstrated new product introduction experience. Ability to develop long term strategies around mobile products. Must be a team player and work with other peer product leads (e.g. PGATOUR.com, NASCAR.COM, NBA.com, etc.) to leverage synergies across the businesses.
Duties: Responsible for overall management of mobile products for NCAA digital, focusing on mobile products for the NCAA men's basketball tournament (March Madness on Demand). Develop annual business plans for NCAA mobile opportunities including gathering competitive marketplace data, providing product strategies and objectives for marketing plans, development plans and overall business planning. Collaborate with internal groups to determine operational product plans and product requirements, including feature upgrade plans, product sun-setting, product integration into content, sponsor integration, promotion programs, and development prioritization. Manage relationships with third-party development partners for each product and customer service vendors, including the assured performance of Service Level Agreements, creation of development budgets, and feature release schedules. Manage online developer accounts with all supported mobile platforms, including app submissions and updates and the creation of retail assets for all mobile storefronts. Present and communicate with Turner senior management, department heads, and the NCAA on product plans, project status, and revenue/expense performance.
